The Online Payment Terms constitute a contract between you and Koop’s Sales and Service. Please read them carefully. All payments to Koop’s Sales and Service using the online credit card option are subject to the following conditions.
When you complete the online payment, funds will be deducted from your credit card.
By using Koop’s Sales and Service online credit card facilities you accept and consent to your personal data being provided to the Service Provider for sole purpose of offering and administering the online payment. We respect the privacy of every individual who visits our site. Koop’s Sales and Service website have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Koop’s Sales and Service Terms and Conditions for online credit card payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.
All transactions processed via 360 payments online bill pay and are eligible for a refund if you would like to cancel a payment within 24 hours of your transaction.
Refunds for payments that are correct and made on an outstanding balance will not be refunded unless approved. We will also refund any payment made in error or if the payment is not currently due and creates a credit balance on your account.
To request a cancellation of an online payment and refund of your payment please call 319-472-5055 within 24 hours of your transaction excluding Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
